The Power of Fruit!


Before Apple and Blackberry’s where know as makers of phones

They were fruit’s

But people seem to have forgotten how good fruit really is for them instead they would prefer to take a tablet (not the kind made by apple) to get the vitamins and minerals their body needs I do believe they can be useful but if we can get our vitamins and minerals from foods then that should be our main goal and objective rather than just popping a pill

But the benefits of fruit can’t be out matched by some tablet you buy from boots or your local pharmacy which is why we should strive to get them as a staple part in our nutrition.

Here is 3 reasons why for starters:-

1)they arnt processed there natural and are a easy way to get your vitamins and minerals in for the day which will help your body stay healthy and energised by giving it the nutrients it wants and needs.

2)They are an awesome source of dietary fibre which can help to maintain a healthy gut (which can have an affect on moods) and other problems to do with digestion also a high fibre diet can reduce your risk of bowel cancer also the fiber which is in fruits can also help to lower blood cholesterol levels

3)The potassium in fruits like bananas can reduce the risk of kidney stones, strokes, helps lower blood pressure and also will help with the detireation of bone density which will reduce the risk of osteoporosis as you age

So there’s 3 quick reasons why you should make room for fruit in your diet the list doesn’t just stop there though there are masses of additional benefits to getting fruit into your diet.
